Enjoy being a close to some of the best food, such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Travel over to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This home has all the basic amenities you'll need to relax under the tropical sky and enjoy all the creature comforts you expect. After a day of adventures in the salty waters, come home to this perfect retreat. Settle down on your cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite tv shows (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the well stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The primary bedroom features a brand new king size bed. The second bedroom features a twin/trundle that sleeps 2. For additional sleeping, the sleeper sofa in the living rooms pulls out to a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean and grill your fresh catch of the day! The private dock is the perfect spot to watch gorgeous sunsets unfold at the end of the day (kayaks not included). Wash the day off in the hot tub or jump in the ocean for a refreshing swim! Dockage for boats up to 32 ft. are available for your off shore adventures! Trailer parking is not included. Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles.

PARKING...
There is one private parking spot included with your stay--no trailers. Contact Hurricane Hole Marina for trailer parking. $25/day or $120/week.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.
