The Oasis stands above the rest in the coastal town of Ngunguru - the Gateway to the Tutukaka coast. Close to water and local conveniences, feet up, drink, and enjoy views of the estuary, the iconic Ngunguru Sandspit and the golden sands of Goat Island.

This 3 story home provides access to the two upper floors. The Upper floor contains a full kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven and Ocean views, windows that celebrate the broad Ocean view and open out onto a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ and ample shade and shelter so you can enjoy in all weather. Generous, comfortable lounge suit that will fit the whole family. A separate toilet upstairs and a bedroom with a double bed, external access and ample light and views.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 full bathroom with a large hot tub, shower and basin, and a second separate toilet. A deep freeze is available for your use, as well as laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There is ample parking for 2 cars and the boat.
There are many steps at this property, so it is unsuitable for wheelchair access or anyone unsteady on their feet.
Please note there is no side railing on the outside external steps and a small section of decking upstairs at the back of the upper floor that has no railing—so it may not be suitable for young children. Please enquire.
