The Space:
Welcome to this exquisite property, offering a luxurious and versatile layout across its three spacious floors. This majestic CWE home is sure to WOW your vacation accommodations.

Enter our freshly designed vacation home through the front door. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings, period millwork & stained-glass windows, and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

FIRST FLOOR - LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING & BATHROOM
Two spacious Living Rooms: An inviting space adorned with tasteful décor, providing comfort and relaxation for gatherings or leisure time. A cozy retreat for unwinding and bonding with loved ones and offering comfortable seating arrangements for the whole family.

KITCHEN
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped culinary haven. It has all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding Thor six burner gas cooktop, multiple ovens, a microwave, a coffee maker, and two dishwashers to cover all the cleaning up.

DINING ROOM
Gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for twelve and two high chairs available for the little ones.

BATHROOM
Take advantage of the convenient first-floor half-bath at the end of the hallway.

SECOND FLOOR - 4 BEDROOMS & 2 FULL BATHS
Four spacious bedrooms with king-size beds feature fresh, clean linens and soft bedding for a regal and comfortable retreat. Each comfy bedroom has abundant natural light and closet space to store your belongings. Each bedroom offers a 43" TLC smart TV, detailed crown molding, non-working fireplaces original to the home, and transom windows over each door for extra natural light and hardwood floors.

A full-size bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone tub is shared between bedroom #2 and bedroom #3. The laundry room is in the attached closet of bedroom #1. It is a full-sized washer and dryer stocked with detergent and dryer sheets to make vacation laundry a breeze. A full-sized bathroom hallway with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo serves bedrooms #3 and #4.

THIRD FLOOR - 4 BEDROOMS & 1 FULL BATH
Bedroom #5 also functions as a game room; it is the perfect space to accommodate the younger family members. It offers a trundle with two twin beds, a 55" mounted smart TV, a kitchenette ideal for those late-night snacks, a foosball table, and plenty of classic board games. Bedroom #6 is a gracefully designed room offering tranquility and relaxation with a queen bed topped with fresh, clean linens and soft bedding; your comfy bedrooms have abundant natural light and closet space to store your belongings. Bedroom #7 & Bedroom #8 offer king-size beds, a traveling crib, a pack-n-play, closet space, and wall-mounted smart TV. A full-sized hallway bathroom serves the third floor with a single vanity and a clawfoot tub stocked with towels and toiletries.

The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the US and is known for its upscale shopping, dining, and cozy coffeehouses.

The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues, and stunning turn-of-the-century homes, all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park, just a quick 5-minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the city's top attractions, making this majestic home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 9 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 10th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
