Our 1st trip to Toronto
We were very disappointed with the property. Upon arrival we noticed lots of damages and immediately informed the host. The host said he was aware of these damages. We booked for 7 people, however there was not enough supplies for 7. We had 3 glasses, 3 teaspoons and 6 Mugs. There was no hand towels for the kitchen. There was only 6 bath towels and 2 face towels for 7 people. The Kitchen sink was leaking. Underneath the sink there was a pool of water which we had to clean for 2 days before the plumber came. The fridge was also leaking and we were not able to put our food in it. The plumber said he was not able to fix the fridge. The master bedroom toilet seat was also broken which the plumber replaced with a new seat. The blinds had strips missing in the 2nd bedroom & living room. The chairs was all worn out and no padding on the seat of the chair. There was cockroaches in the suite as well.
We wasted 2 days while waiting to get 2 things fixed.
We definitely should be entitled for a price adjustment since the the place was not up to the standard as advertised. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Very poor facilities and badly maintained.
