With an open floor plan featuring natural light, high ceilings, large windows, and hardwood flooring, this home is perfect for entertaining! The main floor features a chef's kitchen with all-new, upgraded Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge and a pot filler above a 6-burner gas range. The cupboards are thoughtfully stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans you may need to create your favorite recipes! Several small appliances are available for easy meal preparation, including a Ninja (air fryer), Coffee/Keurig combo, and French Press.

The spacious island has plenty of counter space for food preparation, while the other has a breakfast bar with comfortable seating. The kitchen overlooks the home and opens to the dining room. The hardwood dining room is perfect for entertaining or family gatherings and has comfortable seating for up to six guests.

Adjacent to the dining room is the bright and spacious living room. With plush sofas and plenty of seating, it's the perfect place to relax, stream the latest movies, or catch the big game on the 75" smart HDTV! The oversized gas fireplace creates a comfortable place to cozy up with your favorite book and enjoy the views!

You'll find the second family room on the lounge level. This room is perfect for hanging out, playing games, or catching the big game on the 65" smart HDTV. The wet bar has everything needed to make great drinks or coffee. The laundry room is on the lounge level - with two sets of full-size washers/dryers, the laundry will be done in no time!

The primary suite is perched above Lake Jordanelle and features a high-end king-sized bed, a large HDTV, and a gorgeous en suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom feels like a private spa and features an oversized walk-in glass shower and a double vanity.

Continuing to the lowest level, you'll find the first of two guest suites. This suite features a king-sized bed and breathtaking lake views. This bright and spacious bedroom also features plenty of closet space and a 44" smart HDTV. The second guest suite is perfect for families or groups, with two new twin-over-full bunk beds.

During the summer months, immerse yourself in the wonders of nature by hiking picturesque mountain trails, mountain biking, or golfing at one of the many beautiful courses in the surrounding areas. Indulge in fishing, boating, paddle-boarding, or jet-skiing on the nearby rivers and lakes, including the Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs. With Deer Valley Resort's Jordanelle ticket office and gondola nearby or a short drive to Park City Mountain, one of North America's largest ski resorts, you'll have easy access to exhilarating slopes. Additionally, off-slope adventures such as snowshoeing, sledding, and snowmobiling in the majestic Uinta Mountains await.
