Geweldige strandlocatie met enorme tuin voor familie-uitjes

Geniet van uw vakantie bij Loring. Ideaal gelegen direct tussen First en Second Beach (iets minder dan 1 mijl voor elk, hoewel een stuk minder dan dat voor Second als u het geheime pad kunt vinden). Slechts 5 minuten met de taxi of uber rit naar het centrum van Newport. Rustig, einde van doodlopende straat, waardoor je je afgelegen voelt, ondanks dat je in de buurt bent van alles wat je nodig hebt. Gemakkelijke wandeling naar Middletown surf winkels en restaurants. Ruim dek met twee niveaus, perfect om te grillen en te entertainen. Grote, goed onderhouden achtertuin, compleet met zithoek en waterpartij. Deze plek draait helemaal om de buitenruimte en je zult het moeilijk vinden om een betere te vinden. De foto's doen het geen recht. Surfplanken / fiets / Stand up Paddle boards beschikbaar op aanvraag.

Met Sonos uitgerust geluidssysteem (zowel binnen als buiten) zorgt ervoor dat uw favoriete nummer altijd slechts één klik op de iPhone verwijderd is, ongeacht waar u zich bevindt. Twee buitenvuurplaatsen maken het gemakkelijk om het plezier gaande te houden nadat de zon ondergaat (zelfs in de wintermaanden!)

Het lichte, ruime interieur is onlangs gerenoveerd en ingericht, met extra foto's op aanvraag. Veel natuurlijk licht gedurende de dag. Gloednieuwe 60-inch HDTV met gebogen scherm en een grote zitbank met veel ruimte voor iedereen om zich uit te strekken en te ontspannen.

Drie volledige slaapkamers en een afgewerkte kelder betekent dat iedereen een beetje ruimte voor zichzelf heeft wanneer ze het nodig hebben. Meer foto's beschikbaar op aanvraag, maar een beschrijving van de slaapkamers is als volgt:

Our host Matt was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. He was very generous with check in and check out policy which was much appreciated. The house space was GREAT for our group of 6 friends. Both the indoor and outdoor space has been beautifully updated. We had wonderful weather and thoroughly enjoyed the deck.Because we had planned several meals at the house, the only recommendation we would make would be to add to the general kitchen supplies- pot holders, sauce pans, cooking utensils, colander, etc.We would highly recommend this house. It is super comfortable and very convenient to the beaches and Newport.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. It fit our family of 6 adults perfectly. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice spacious backyard deck. The location is a close drive to New Port, the mansions and the cliff walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay

Matt’s property was perfect for our group of 8! We had a lowkey bachelorette weekend & thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. Sonos was a highlight as was the deck and outside area. Very well kept and a perfect size for a large group. Matt was incredibly responsive & a great (and understanding) host, especially with dealing with our self inflicted mishaps. Would recommend to anyone & especially groups looking to easily get back and forth from downtown Newport! Staying outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown was peaceful yet the location was convenient enough that we did not feel we were too far away. 100% would stay again!

Great last minute available big house - perfect location

After another VRBO host cancelled a 6-bedroom house on me 3 weeks before my son's wedding (on Boat Show weekend!), I was bereft and panicked. Matt could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The Middletown location was perfect - plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood and minutes from the rehearsal dinner and church. It turned out to be very nice NOT to be in the chaos and traffic of downtown Newport. House is lovely and clean and the backyard goes forever. Thank you for all of your help, Matt.

Amazing Property, Location and Host Communication

I spent a long weekend at this property to celebrate my birthday with seven of my girlfriends. The exterior of the property is very beautiful, with nicely groomed grass, two beautiful patios, an outdoor shower, and a set of outdoor furniture and table for eight. The inside is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The decor features earthy tones, making it feel clear and comfortable. The location was great – close to the cliff walk, the beach, and restaurants. The host, Matt, was very communicative, answered all of our questions, and gave us great recommendations. We are definitely coming back; we had a blast.

Awesome place close to downtown Newport

Perfect place to stay with a big group! I was here with a group of 9 for a wedding so we didn't get to spend too much time on the property which was a bummer since the backyard is fantastic! Matt was so great about communicating prior to our check in. Our group was in the wedding party and Matt was able to accomodate an early check-in so we could get ready at the house prior to the rehearsal dinner. The property itself is super close to the beaches and just a short ride into downtown Newport. I'll def keep this place in mind for any future Newport trips and would recommend to any families or groups looking for a nice getaway to Newport. Thanks for having us!!

PERFECT.

WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN? Myself along with 9 other ladies stayed at this property the weekend of July19-21, 2019! Let me tell you, planning a trip for this many is not the easiest thing to do! Luckily, I had Matt (the owner of the property) on my side! He was so beyond great and helpful! Every question I had, and believe me I had a ton, he answered so quickly and attentively! Also had great suggestions on where to go! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful deck and yard!! The inside of the house was decorated in modern beach/vacation themed. Everything was up to date and even had a speaker we could hook up music right from our phones! In addition to all of these great things, we were only about 5 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes from the center of Newport and also the nearby vineyards! This home really has everything that we needed all wrapped up into one, and I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the Newport area. I would not hesitate to rent this home or from Matt in the future! Thank you so much again!
