IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE HAVE A SELF CHECK IN PROCESS WITH KEYS KEPT IN A NEARBY CONVENIENCE STORE.
OPERATING HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Monday - Thursday 09:00-20:00
Friday - Saturday 09:00-21:00
Sunday 10:00 -18:30
You will need to collect the keys before the closing time of the store. If you will be checking in on Sunday, please note that the store closes at 6:30 pm so you will need to plan accordingly.

PLEASE BE AWARE: During the next 2 months from 15th April to 7th June 2024, tradespeople will be using the platform system to access the outer balconies from level 2 to level 6 during this period.
This means they will be travelling past and stopping at balconies to measure, remove, and replace.
There will be multiple "drops" and each apartment when ready to be fitted with new panels will take about 3 hrs, and access to balconies via your apartment will be necessary to complete each section safely.
Guests may receive a notice directly and there may be some door knocking from both trades (Casello) and building management to organise access times and dates.
Just a heads up that the dates are undeterminable in the date range of April 15 - June 7th and that your stay may be affected but we hope it isn't too much of an inconvenience or disturbance. We will do our best as well to facilitate this as smoothly as possible as well.
