Welcome to Beautiful in Blue! Conveniently located just a short walk away from the Georgia Avenue-Petworth Metro Station, you will love this spacious home and its plethora of amenities! Perfect for family vacations, and business travelers alike.

The Space:
This home includes three bedrooms, which can comfortably sleep 4 adults and an additional 2 children. The Master bedroom includes a Queen size bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are stocked full of children's toys and books, to keep the little ones entertained! The larger of the two secondary rooms includes a Twin that pulls out into a King size bed, and the smaller bedroom includes a Twin size bed, with an additional Twin-size trundle pull-out. An additional full bathroom and half bathroom makes this space super convenient for everyone to get ready for the day. Washer and dryer is located on premises. The living room features a 55" SmartTV, lots of seating, and books, games, and more! The dining room can comfortably seat six, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook all your favorite meals. The downstairs also features a comfortable working space complete with a chalkboard wall. Outside, you will find a fire-pit to relax and enjoy the scenic neighborhood.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire upstairs unit, it is not shared. There is a tenant living in the downstairs unit, so please be mindful of quiet hours from 9:00pm - 6:00am.

The Neighborhood:
Just off Rock Creek Church Road, this property is conveniently located in the Petworth Neighborhood, where you will find a plethora of great shops and restaurants. This home is in a residential neighborhood, so guests may enjoy some peace and quiet with quick and easy access to downtown by public transport or car.

Getting Around:
Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro Station is approximately a 12-minute walk away from the property, and there are bus-stops nearby as well. Please visit the WMATA site for more info.

Other Things to Note:
There is a beloved family piano is available for use but we ask that kiddos are not left unattended while using them.
