This fantastic apartment is located on the fourth floor, offering direct access from the elevator to a spacious open area with lofty ceilings. This space encompasses a generous living room equipped with a television and Apple TV for your entertainment.
The apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen, complete with all you’ll need to prepare homemade dishes. Adjacent to it, there's a dining area that comfortably seats 6-8 guests and connects seamlessly to a lovely balcony that bathes the space in natural light throughout the day. This area is ideal for enjoying a meal or utilizing it as a home office. Additionally, the apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.
At the end of the day, when you need to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the second with a double bed, plus the sofa can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. The room with a king bed has a plasma Apple TV, a large closet, an ensuite full bath, and direct access to the balcony.

The Neighborhood:
The Roma neighborhood is an energetic and diverse area that enchants visitors with its bohemian ambiance. Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 13 km or 8 miles away. When you arrive, the security guards can guide you to the underground parking.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.
Other Things to Note:
By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays exceeding 9 nights, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, you will need to pass by the reception to receive the keys to the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
