The property is part of an exclusive coastal subdivision, offering pedestrian access down to the beach.
This enchanting retreat is a secondary dwelling on our private property, located at the rear of our 3,983m2 section, with our new home at the front of the land with all living areas facing towards the sea and away from the small home. The driveway is shared between both dwellings, ensuring easy access.

Immerse yourself in the allure of our beautiful sanctuary, surrounded by swaying palm trees and landscaped grounds. The cozy abode accommodates up to 4 adults (one King size bed in separate bedroom and one divan in lounge), making it an ideal escape for couples seeking to rejuvenate their spirits.
