The community is situated on US 192, that gives easy access to major Florida highways (Hwy. 429, I-4, and US 27). 3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. - Pet Policies: we don’t accept pets of any kind. If you have a service animal please contact our reservations department for registration instructions.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount.
