The richness of the Tuscan design features comfortable soft furnishings, beautiful wood finishes, and a large, crafted wood tv console that will make you feel like you stepped right into Italy itself. The quality king size bed will have you relaxing and resting up for every fun filled day in Branson! The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to cook up quality family meals. You'll love the four season (heated) sunroom that overlooks the well-manicured neighborhood. Bring yourself, your family, and have an exciting time in Branson at Tuscany Villas!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
1 king size bed (sleeps 2), bedside lighting, and quality bedding.
1 sofa sleeper (sleeps 2).
Queen air bed upon request.

OTHER INCLUSIONS:
Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make a meal of any size, full size washer/dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, all soft white towels, quality bedding, 12 cup coffee maker (grounds and filter provided), a Crockpot, and extra blankets!

Branson Vacation
Our vacation was so much fun. The stay at the apartment was excellent. The shower handle does need some attention. Water pressure was a little low, but that is uncontrollable. Overall a fantastic place to stay that is close to all the attractions! Very clean and nice, made you feel at home!

Beautiful property. A quiet, restful experience. Convenient to all of the wonderful attractions Branson has to offer. Between the two, a wonderful way to spend your vacation.

3 Day Stay
Check in was easy and it was easy to find the building location. Convenient location. Only issue I had was as I entered the unit at around 5 pm I found it had not been cleaned. Dirty towels, used bed, food in refrigerator, food in sink, garbage not taken out etc. I was able to contact the host, and someone was sent to clean the unit that evening. The issue was taken care of, but it was frustrating that evening.

Great place for a getaway!
This was a nice,cozy place for our weekend getaway. Just a short drive to all the attractions but yet quiet & secluded which we enjoyed. Check in was super easy & It had everything we needed.We would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay there again next trip. The only personal recommendations we would have to make our stay even better would be. Mattress could be a bit softer, & the shower knob was loose which made water pressure a little low to take a shower. Great place all in all!!

Great Stay
Even though it was cold and raining while we were in Branson, but we were always happy to come back home after our day’s outing to our warm and cozy condo! It was very comfortable with everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the rocking chair! I always miss that when we travel but here I had one! It was a great short stay!

Stay was fine .., there were a couple of issues that were minor. The shower had a reduced water flow and couldn’t be adjusted. We thought toilet paper would be a basic thing to supply, but found out out an unfortunate time that TP was our responsibility.

I had a good experience with this rental. Due to an injury before our original planned trip we had to cancel and the owrson I spoke with informed me that I could reschedule and was very helpful with that process. The condo was very quaint and cozy, it had everything we needed.

Little Tuscany was just as pictured, a cute place with everything needed for a comfortable stay and beautiful location. Management always answered in a timely manner and easy to work with. Proximity to entertainment, restaurants, and shopping was perfect.

Great property!
The Little Tuscany House is a great property. It was very clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the little extras, especially the coffee and filters provided. The location is safe and convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Cleanliness Comments
Have stayed in this same condo multiple times, and cleanliness was great for the most part. Only couple reasons that we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star for cleanliness. There were wet towels still in the washer, so we re-ran them and dried them. Kitchen also needed a little more cleaning, there were a couple dirty utensils in the drawers and floor needed to be vacuumed. But overall had a great experience like also in this unit. Will definitely continue to be our first choice of place to stay whenever we're in Branson.

The location of the property was great. The rental itself is in need of cleaning everything was super dusty lampshades are gross there’s pubic hairs around the shower. The floors were dirty. Exhaust fan in the bathroom has so much lint and dust on it that I don’t even know how it runs. There was some confusion about the pool there was a picture of the pool then there wasn’t I was told sorry about the confusion. But inside the room there’s a little thing this tells you that there’s a pool and it gives you the codes to get in. Overall I don’t think I’d ever want to rent from a rental company again. I’ve always rented from individual and had much better luck. This is the only time that it’s been this bad. And there was no cleaning supplies in the place Except a very small bottle of Dawn soap. Bathroom towels are super dingy. It says on their listing that it is well stocked! As far as the kitchen goes there was hardly anything to use in the kitchen as far as cooking except pans! The sunroom in the back with the table was the best part of the room!
