The community is located off of scenic Highway 98, very close to the famous Whale’s Tale restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access right outside the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart to the infamous Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, just 2 miles away (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores). The Neighborhood:
This brand new home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. Sandy Shores is just about two blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Villas of Frangista also offers its own Private Deeded Beach Access.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via golf cart! Some folks also enjoy walking to the private deeded beach access at the end of Hollywood St.
