The space
The Hobart City Townhouse is a two bedroom property with a generous bathroom, downstairs powder room, kitchen, laundry and large lounge area. The property has free wifi for all guests to use during their stay.

Each bedroom boasts a luxurious queen size bed and built in storage.

The master bedroom has a comfy chair to relax after a busy day exploring Hobart and the second bedroom has a comfy chair to relax and a desk for those working away from home.

The bathroom contains a large shower, two person bath, and a large vanity with huge mirror. A hairdryer and hair straightener are also provided for guest comfort. The townhouse features a toilet on both levels.

If you’d prefer to stay home and cook your Tasmanian goodies, the Hobart City Townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with an AEG induction cooktop oven. Our pantry is stocked with black and herbal tea, coffee, hot chocolate, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Collect local delicacies on your travels, or Salamanca Fresh (an excellent gourmet supermarket, butcher and greengrocer) is located only 400m from the property. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances and the laundry contains a washer/dryer for guest usage.

Guests have full access to the carport parking space, lounge/dining area, kitchen, laundry, powder room, two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a courtyard area.
Other things to note
Hobart City Townhouse is located in a quiet and peaceful residential strata complex. Parking on-site is limited to a single vehicle in the adjacent carport and additional vehicles must be parked in nearby parking facilities (please get in touch to discuss).

While most guests will appreciate the tranquility of Hobart City Townhouse among the bustle of Hobart, because of the residential nature of the strata complex, loud, unruly, offensive, or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and a booking may be terminated if guests breach this requirement.
