Summary:
Welcome to "Unionelle" an exquisite, luxury home in the vibrant Newtown/Erskineville neighbourhood.

"Unionelle" is a stylish, newly renovated Federation Terrace offering understated luxury throughout all within close proximity to Newtown's & Erskineville's lifestyle highlights.
Boasting two large bedrooms plus study/3rd bedroom with a single sofa bed.
"Unionelle" provides spacious & light filled open plan living area which flows to its own private Courtyard with outdoor table providing alfresco dining for 6 (six).
The newly installed state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with full compliment of appliances including gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, large refrigerator/freezer, complete new set of cookware, cutlery, glasses and coffee needs. (All appliances are brand new).
We have two luxuriously appointed bedrooms, one downstairs with Double Bed & easy access to the main bathroom.
The upstairs bedroom is oversized with Queen bed and private ensuite with a privately controlled aircon.
The downstairs study can be used as a Study OR easily converted to study/3rd bedroom with easy pull out 2 seater sofa bed.
The living room and kitchen area are flooded with light through wraparound skylights creating an amazing light well. The kitchen area also has several barstools leading to the lounge area which opens seamlessly to the alfresco courtyard.
Unionelle is a chicly styled terrace with every modern convenience making it ideal for a perfect Sydney stay.

2. The third bedroom/study features a window that looks onto the hallway and is visible from the staircase, offering limited privacy and sound isolation.
4. Compact Design: Reflecting the era’s architectural style, the home is compact and efficiently laid out.
5. Security: A security camera is installed at the front entrance for your safety.
6. Guest Registration: Only registered guests are allowed to stay, as per insurance requirements.
7. House Rules: Failure to comply with house rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
