The villa lies in Magazzini situated in front of the elban capital Portoferraio in the Portoferraio Gulf. From the villa, the balconies, the terraces, the garden and the pool guests enjoy a splendid panorama in total privacy surrounded by the typical mediterranean vegetation. Portoferraio with its restaurants, bars, shops and services is just 8 km far away and the Magazzini beach distances 500 meters.

Arriving you can park your car directly on the property in front of the house. The villa has two floors and entering the ground floor you find a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, two bedrooms with 2 beds each, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.
The first floor offers three bedrooms with double beds, two of them with a private balcony, and two bathrooms with shower.

The outside area and garden offers various furnished terraces and a small swimming pool with whirlpool (3 x 6 meters) from which you have a splendid view over the Portoferraio Gulf. In the evening it is a great spectacle to see Portoferraio and the Medicean Fortress lighting up.

Magazzini is a nice little village with several hotels with their restaurants and various sport possibilities. There are diving schools, sailing centers… and also boat rentals.

From the villa you can also reach in only a few minutes the Acquabona Golf Club and all the nearby beautiful beaches: Biodola, Forno, Marina di Campo, Lido di Capoliveri…

The villa is ideal for families who want to spend an unforgettable vacation on the Island of Elba and take advantage of the location of the villa to visit the island, the numerous beaches and natural sights of Elba.
