Du vil elske dette familievennlige, lille komplekset. Det er en liten perle gjemt mellom høye stiger. Det er et gresskledd område for barna å leke, og en nydelig strandpromenade til stranden. Sandstranden ligger bare noen skritt unna, og strandpromenaden er perfekt for bilder. Utsikten over stranden er hindret, men du har utsikt fra den enorme 25 fot balkongen. Det er det perfekte stedet å nyte morgenkaffe eller måltider. Jeg elsker å sitte på det og lese! Gangavstand til eventyrøy, restauranter og shopping. Dette er i et av de få eldre kompleksene som ikke er en høy stige igjen på stranden. Balkongen ligger ved stranden. Når du drar ned til stranden, vil du ha god plass til å spre deg, siden den ikke er så overfylt som høye hytter. Det er til og med gratis overbygget parkering! Vi elsker det!

Leiligheten har en stor åpen stue. Denne enheten er oppdatert med porselen fliser på gulv, nye apparater, nye granittbenker og fersk maling. Den har et velutstyrt kjøkken og mye ekstrautstyr, spill, bøker, filmer, etc.

Eier er en lisensiert eiendomsmegler i Louisiana.

The condo was very clean and the owner was very responsive. It wasn't quite what I was expecting in regards to how close the beach was. You will have to walk down the street a bit to then get on the long boardwalk to the beach. The parking spaces are very tight- unless you have a compact car you will not be able to park there and be able to get in if anyone is parked next to you. I thought the balcony would be more private but it was very open to other balconies around us, so not very private. The balcony also shares an open wall with the hallway so it can get loud when people are coming and going. The checkout process was definitely more tedious than I have experienced in the past; we were asked to wash and put away dishes, wash towels and dry them if we had time, and contact the cleaning company ourself when we checked out.

Mooney Wedding

We rented this condo because it was directly behind the beach house where my son‘s wedding was being held. Not only was it the perfect location for that but access to the beach was super easy. We even had a great view of the beach from the balcony. Linda was very accommodating. The three bedroom two bath was just the right size and the amount of room in the kitchen and eating area was perfect, nice size living room as well. I prefer to take the steps but having the elevator to load and unload our vehicle with super handy! I would definitely stay here again. !

Great Location Needed Cleaning

Overall the experience was good. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Location and views were wonderful. The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the place and just needed some updating. One of the chairs was extremely dirty along with the blinds, cabinet doors and floors. Owner sent cleaners back, but they only mopped the floors. We cleaned everything else. Owner refunded us the cleaning fee and apologized. I just think it is hard to find good cleaning companies especially when owner is out of state. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and it was a quiet location.

This condo is in a great location with easy beach access! The property was clean, and very well stocked with all the necessities. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Great Stay

A group of friends and I visited this condo for the first time for a Spring Break trip and it was nothing short of amazing. The location was great and very close to everything we could have needed for our stay. Its right next to the beach and we didn't have to walk far at all. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was very easy to communicate and she made our stay one to remember. If youre looking for a nice, quiet location, family friendly location this is the place to stay! We will definitley be back!

Spring break

Fantastic, but a little loud

Staying at Linda's condo was overall a fantastic experience - I have no regrets on choosing her place and I would recommend to others as well. There were 7 of us: 4 adults, 2 young kids, and an infant (10 months) Pros: - They have a pack and play for littles, AND it fits inside the Master closet. We kept the door cracked and loved not having to tiptoe around after 7:30 every night. Huge plus! - Location is stellar. There are houses obscuring the view, but the listing is accurate - the view in person may even be a little better than the pics. The walk to the beach is so short it's laughable. With the 3 kids we had a TON of stuff and it was less than a 4 minute walk from door to ocean. - Space: The condo fit the 7 of us pretty well - the living room had great seating for a group and plenty of floor space for the kids to play. The dining room table easily fit all 7 of us. The kitchen was pretty small, but it was workable. Everything was clean and worked well. The only con: - The noise. The walls are pretty thin. Our upstairs neighbors were night owls and I swear they were vacuuming at 11:30pm one night. There was a pool party at the pool on a Friday that lasted at least until 11pm. Not great, but we never had any issues after midnight and it never got so bad that we felt the need to make an official noise complaint.

Children’s 1st Time to the Beach

We brought our 3 children to the beach for the first time and this property could not have been better for us. We were just steps away from the beach with our own private boardwalk access without the crazy high-rise feel. We became fast friends with others staying in the same complex. Close to all restaurants/other family friendly activities. We’re already planning our return trip.

Girls trip

This is our favorite place to stay for our annual girls trip. Its quiet, the beach is beautiful and an overall lovely property! Can't wait to come back next year.

perfect place for us

My husband and I had four 7-yr old girls with us and this was the perfect place. It was easy to get to, the condo was basically right on the beach (did not have to cross a road to get there), and the pool was handy when we got tired of the waves and it was spotless. The balcony was spacious and the condo was nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, such full-size toiletries, coffee and tea, washer/drier, lots of clean towels, extra pillows and blankets, the beds were comfy. Anyway, they had thought of everything and, other than food and personal things, we didn’t have to buy it bring anything g extra. We hope to be able to stay here again. We did have trouble with the guests directly above us and when we told the manager, she was in pretty good communication with us. She was willing to take action but the checked out before that was necessary.

Unforgettable Family Beach Getaway in an Amazing Condo

Our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. The condo had stunning beach views that took our breath away every morning. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves crash against the shore while sipping our coffee. The condo itself was very well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The game closet provided us with plenty of entertainment during the downtime, and the kitchen was well-stocked with some extras that made cooking a breeze. The hosts were highly attentive and responsive to any issues that arose during our stay and we were very impressed with their level of professionalism and care for their guests. We felt like we were in good hands throughout our stay. One of the best things about this condo was its location. It was right near wonderful shopping and eating places, and we particularly loved "Live Bait," which was right down the street. The convenience of having great dining options within walking distance was a huge plus for us. Overall, we had an amazing time staying at this Vrbo condo, and we would definitely stay there again if we return to the area in the future. It is right in the heart of Orange Beach within easy walk of restaurants, shopping and fun activities for kids. It is the friendliest place and perfect for families.

It is very roomy with a large living area, and a large balcony. We have 2 full sized couches in the living room plus 2 chairs and a large ottoman. So many places we stayed in before had really small living rooms so we loved this one!
