Check in went smooth, but when we entered the apartment there were only two bedrooms instead of the three in photos and description of the advertisement. After getting in touch with Elizabeth, she told us that there is a third bedroom, but we have to pay extra for it. Because it was included according to the advertisement, we were not going to pay twice for it. After some discussion Elizabeth told us we could use it that night and we would talk about the payment the next day. Later that evening we received a message that we could get a full refund if we would leave the next morning. Because of the strange situation we decided to accept her offer and take the full refund. Until now we still haven't receive the full refund from Elizabeth. After contacting Vrbo I was told that she has to cancel the booking so we can get a full refund. In the last message she told me she didn't want to do that, because she made costs for a washing and cleaning. Not really a full refund!
I do not recommend staying at the apartment of Elizabeth, I traveled a lot but never experienced this odd behaviour. It looks like she wants to make some extra money without letting Vrbo know, so be aware!
