The Space:
The villa consists of two levels.
On the ground level there is an open plan space which features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a fireplace and two sofa beds that can host comfortably 2 guests. On the same level there is a WC and a bright bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds and one en-suite bathroom. Also, an auxiliary room with laundry, ironing and linen press. The main corridor leads to a spacious balcony with a sitting area where you will enjoy your morning coffee with the view of the endless green and spend relaxing nights hearing only the sounds of nature.
By the big pool you will enjoy the sun while having a refreshing drink and in the green garden you will spend relaxing moments surrounded by colorful Mediterranean flowers.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to all the areas of the villa and the garden and pool area.

The Neighborhood:
The villa resides in the area of Apokorona, on the outskirts of Pemonia village and just 15min from the beach. In the village you will find a shop for some basic purchases and in the nearby villages of Vryses (4km) and Kalyves (8km) you will find a super-market with everything you might need. The distance from the city of Chania is 26km and from the airport is 35km.
The location combines the beauty and peace of the mountain scenery with the easy access to beautiful beaches such as Georgioupoli (8km), Kalives (9km) and almirida (9km). The nearby area is ideal for long walks in nature and hiking through the mountain terrain. At the nearby beaches you will enjoy the sun and sea while having a refreshing drink at one of the sea-side establishments. At the nearby picturesque villages Ag. Pantes (1,5km), Jijifies (1.5km) and Melidoni (2km), you will find traditional taverns where you will taste local flavors. In a bit longer distance there are numerous seaside establishments, cafes and restaurants.
