My family and I (kiddos 19, 5, 3, and 1) had a nice time at this 2/3 bedroom condo. It's a very short walk to the beach, which is wide, wild, and beautiful. The condo has southerly views of the slough, flocks of seabirds, and, in the far distance, the Moss Landing power plant. It's a very quiet area, but with the constant sounds of pelicans and the occasional tractor in the adjacent strawberry fields.
The condo is in fair condition. Clean, but not immaculate. The kitchen had most common items that we needed, but not all. It works as a 3BR, but is really laid out as a 2BR plus an extra living room with pullouts (that worked well for the kiddos). The odd layout means that the proper bedrooms can also get stuffy and hot. Good wifi and work spaces that allowed us to work part time. The condo building is not soundproof and you can hear folks walking around; however, the neighbors, including owners, were incredibly friendly and welcoming given that our brood was a large one and prone to occasional bouts of toddler irrationalities.
Pros:
Wonderful sandy beach with terrific access (1.5 flights of stairs)
Don't miss the strawberry vendor by Hwy 1
Bunnies and hummingbirds were a hit with the kids
Comfortable, functional space
Cons:
Not as nice as other condos that we've stayed at in Pajaro Dunes at lower cost
Won't have an ocean view (if that matters to you)
Small for a 3BR
Bring all of your kitchen supplies, just in case
