Villa Giulia is a charming boutique villa with panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples, the Vesuvius, and the Amalfi Coast hillside. Divided into three separated apartments within the Mediterranean garden, the properties feature a unique sense of privacy with a blend of rustic design and contemporary living spaces, luxuriously appointed bedrooms and bathrooms with every comfort and fully equipped kitchens. The interiors open out onto an intimate rooftop terrace where to admire the sunsets and patios furnished with lounging furniture and wooden dining tables for romantic candlelight dinners. The garden leads to an extended sunbathing relaxation area with awe-inspiring panoramas, a private swimming pool and a barbecue area. Tailor-made services complete this unique experience.
A small-to-medium-sized car is recommended due to the narrow road leading to the property.

POOL HEATING
Guests can request pool heating from April 1st - June 15th and September 15th - October 30th, with the temperature set at around 27°C. Please inform staff if you desire a heated pool during your stay.

DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION

Indoors: Villa Giulia spans three separate units. The panoramic main entrance leads to the first apartment on the left, featuring vibrant colors that beautifully complement the contemporary furnishings in the living room, with a sofa and an open-space kitchen with access to the patio with a pizza oven. The living room leads to a modern double bedroom with sea views, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious bedroom with two single beds with an en-suite bathroom. The patio leads to a separate double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and modern comforts and, through a staircase, to a rooftop terrace with lounging furniture and wonderful views of Capri Island and the Gulf of Naples.

The stone pathway throughout the villa leads to the other unit featuring a spacious living area, a sofa bed, an open-space kitchen, and a modern double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom accessible through a wooden staircase. The living area has access to the panoramic terrace featuring designer lounging furniture to unwind and relax.

Descending the stone staircase from the garden, the patio leads to the third unit featuring a comfortable and modern living area with a kitchen. To the left, the vaulted hallway leads to a spacious double bedroom with access to the patio with a pergola furnished with a traditional wooden table for al fresco lounging and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the living area, to the right, a door leads to a double bedroom that blends rustic and modern furnishings with access to the patio and a bathroom.

Outdoors: Villa Giulia has a main gate entrance leading to outdoor areas. A stone pathway guides guests to the Mediterranean gardens, the olive groves, and al fresco areas throughout the property. To the right, the garden extends to the pool and jacuzzi area, furnished with sun loungers where guests can relax while enjoying the stunning views. To the left, the stone pathway continues to the garden lawn featuring lounging furniture, a pergola with an open-space kitchen, and a traditional wooden dining table with stunning sea and hillside views, ideal for al fresco dining. The property features available parking facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in Via Deserto, Villa Giulia offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Guests can explore the nearby town of Sant'Agata with local shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi serves as an ideal base for discovering the attractions of the region. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located 8 kilometers away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is easily accessible from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, located approximately 15 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 14 kilometers away.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
