Modern one-bedroom apartment in a new building located in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods of Brasov.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four guests (two in the main bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living). Baby equipment can be requested prior to your stay.
Coresi Shopping Resort is just five minutes away, giving you access to the best shopping and restaurants in the city. The Historic City Center is less than 8 minutes away. The apartment features a balcony and will provide all the necessary amenities, including free parking, a microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, WiFi and TV, toiletries, and fresh sheets and towels.

Space:
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, which is brand-new and features an elevator for easy access. The living room has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The apartment also features a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a dining area, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. For families travelling with a small child, we can provide a free portable baby crib (upon request) for your stay.

Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and are free to use all the amenities provided. 24-hour check-in (via a lockbox) is available to guests arriving late at night.

Neighbourhood overview:
The apartment is located in the 'Tractorul' neighbourhood of Brasov, which has become the city's trendiest and most rapidly-developing area. Just across the street are shops for food and essentials. Also, it is close to Coresi Shopping Resort, which features many shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and a movie theatre. There are also many playgrounds, pharmacies, and a large city park within walking distance. The Historic City Center is less than 8 minutes away by car, so you will have easy access to everything you want to see during your visit to Brasov.

Getting around
Guests can use taxis or Uber, Bolt, Free Now, and public transportation. A bus stop near the apartment provides transportation to the Historic City Center and other neighbourhoods around the city.

Free parking is available in the lot outside of the building with barrier access.
