Just 100m far from the “Porta Guora”, the old gate, which separates the old city from the new, is the ideal place for holiday for those who want to have all comforts.
“Feels Like Home”, is a fully renovated building, keeping the style of the older building, but also provides all modern comforts and style. It consists of 3 individual apartments: 1 studio, 1 loft and 1 two-bedroom apartment.

Located in the “heart” of Rethymnon you can wonder around and admire the architecture of the old town. 1km far from the beach and 400m far from the Venetian harbor is the best choice to meet life in Rethymnon! In 500m is the Fortezza Castle of Rethymnon, Historical and Folklore museum of Rethymnon in 300m.
Around the house there are restaurants, bars, café and anything you may want.

Interior

The Floor Apartments are the 2 apartments located on the 1st floor, the Studio and the Apartment. They cover 100m2, renovated in modern design and fully Air-Conditioned.
The Studio covers 35m2 and can sleep up to 3 people, two in a double bed (160x200cm) and one more in a sofa –bed. There is kitchen and bathroom with shower and a nice balcony to the alley in front of the building.
The Apartment covers 65m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with two double beds (160x200cm) each, and two bathrooms with shower. Two more people can be accommodated in a sofa-bed, as it becomes a double bed.
Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen.


Exterior

On the second floor, each apartment has its private roof-garden of the studio with the charcoal BBQ, ideal to relax during the warm summer evenings.
Taste all the Cretan delicacies, fresh meat, vegetables and fruits, and we are sure you would wish to stay forever in this town!

Property Information:
• Housekeeping, linen and towels changed once a week.
• Both Apartments include washing machine with tumble dryer, Smart TV with satellite reception, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, electric kitchen, toaster, French coffee maker, BBQ with charcoal, iron and iron board.
• For the younger guests, a baby cot is provided upon request.
• Air-condition in all areas is included.

All Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We are obliged by Greek Government to keep records of our guests.

The breakfast is served by the sea in “Fraoules”, the best Café-Bar in Rethymnon town, and 300m far from “Feels like home”! Breakfast is served 08:30 until 12:00.
You can choose between two delicious and rich Cretan-style breakfasts.

• GRANDMOTHER ‘S BREAKFAST
Cheese pie from Sfakia with honey, yeast bread with traditional cream cheese, rocket & cherry tomatoes, scrambled eggs with fresh tomato & feta cheese, homemade cereal bar.
Served with fresh orange juice or coffee.

• CRETAN BREAKFAST
Fried eggs with smoked sausages, fennel pie, traditional sweet pies with cinnamon & cream cheese & baked potato with yoghurt.
Served with fresh orange juice or coffee.

Of course, you can always return at “Fraoules” for a meal or drink at night!
