Appartamento Ledy is a holiday home on the first floor of an apartment building in the area La Strea, near Porto Cesareo, ideal for holidays by the sea in Salento. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, tv, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, electric oven, outdoor furniture, built-in barbecue, ceiling fans. Pets allowed.

The
holiday home is accessible from a private street which can be used as
parking area. Appartamento Ledy is reachable by inner stairs and it`s
independent. It`s introduced by  a large terrace with view on the sea
of Porto Cesareo, furnished by outdoor lounge and dining area. In the
small terrace which is adjacent to the entrance, there are a built-in
barbecue and a sink with countertop.
The apartment opens into a long corridor and it consists of a kitchenette with washing machine, living room with dining area, armchairs and tv. The sleeping area consists of 2 triple bedrooms
with double bed and single bed, with air conditioning. One of the
bedroom has access to the covered outdoor area. Moreover, there is a
bathroom with shower.

Ledy is in La Strea, a quiet area of Porto Cesareo. The sandy beaches
with beach establishments in the area of Scala di Furno are less than 3
kilometers away. The centre of Porto Cesareo is 1,5 kilometers away. The
holiday home is less than 100 meters away from a supermarket with cafè
and tobacco shop. The holiday home is close to other towns with
beautiful old town centres such as Nardò, Manduria, Leverano and
Copertino.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 42 to pay upon arrival.
- Only small pets allowed.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The parking is on a private road adjacent to the house.
