Casa No Verde is a modern, tastefully furnished ground floor bungalow on the famous Pestana Gramacho golf course. The bungalow has an unobstructed view over the golf course, is spacious, light and offers you every comfort. In this beautiful 5-star resort you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday, play a round of golf and discover the beauty of the surroundings. Next to Gramacho is the Pinta Golf Course. The resort offers you the use of the communal swimming pool, fitness room and restaurant.

The ground-floor corner bungalow Casa No Verde has 1 spacious bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower. The bathroom has heating. The fully equipped spacious kitchen offers all amenities. The large living room has a comfortable sofa and an armchair, TV with Chromecast and international channels, air conditioning, fireplace and a dining area with a view of the terrace, garden, swimming pool and golf course. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (180x200), 2 large wardrobes.
The entire house, inside and out, has excellent WIFI. There is an alarm system, the code of which you will receive.

You have your own private apartment surrounded by spacious terraces with access to the grass, the swimming pool is only used by the guests of the surrounding apartments. There is ample parking in front of the door.
There are several swimming pools at the resort.

The golf course has 18 holes and 27 greens, a modern clubhouse where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just enjoy a cold drink and some tapas. The resort has a fitness room, tennis court, heated indoor swimming pool and of course all golf facilities. You can use this for an additional fee.
The house has a surrounding garden with lawn and surrounding terrace with seating areas. The outdoor pool, with separate children's area, is heated and a very short walk away, so this location is great at any time of year.
The facilities at Gramacho Golf Resort are excellent for off-course golfers, couples and families, the location is peaceful yet only a short drive to the 4 surrounding small villages and beaches. (Ferragudo 3 km, Carvoeiro 3 km, Estombar 2.5 km, Lagoa 3 km)

At check-in we ask you to pay €75 in cash for final cleaning costs.

Relaxing break

Lovely location , owners very helpful & accommodating . Check in and out very easy. Lost electricity one evening & needed out of hours contact number for the resort as reception was closed . The ants are a pain in the heat but if you sweep & hoover each day you can manage to keep them down. Very well appointed accommodation with everything you need, quiet & peaceful which was what was needed. Amazing wildlife to enjoy too! We hope to come back soon, thank you very much Maria & Robert.

Peaceful, well maintained and comfortable

This bungalow is in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful and within 10-15 minutes drive to supermarkets and beaches. The bungalow itself is very comfortable and we were very grateful to have air conditioning during the recent heatwave!
