Olivine Waves Villa is a brand new Villa located in the popular resort area of Protaras and just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is great central location for getting around without the need for a car. Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms with lovely views. The master double bedroom has a double bed with a shower and WC ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a built in barbecue area with a worktop, sink and seating area perfect for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a large private pool.
