The ancient ruins are located literally 10 meters from the houses entrance and some of the best restaurants of Athens are surrounding the property. We can guaranty you that there is no better location for your stay in Athens. All the apt is renovated and a team of professionals is always ready to assist you! Due to weather conditions the terrace layout is available from Springs to Sumner but of course it's always accessible for you to enjoy the unique view.

Fabulous apartment!

This apartment is in the best location. The views of the Acropolis and Agora are unbelievable. Walking distance to all historical sites and restaurants. Spyros was amazing! He gave us restaurant recommendation and was always available. They set up transportation which made the trip much easier. Again, I can’t say enough about the views from the balconies and roof top. Every night we enjoyed a night cap looking at the Acropolis from the apartment.

Crazy to stay anywhere else in Athens

Truly this has to be one of the best apartments in Athens for a small group. The location is unbelievable, the host is a pleasure to deal with, and the views from the roof terrace beyond anything. The only negative that is worth noting is noise from the street on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights…. But this shouldn’t put you off, just go with it… visit all the sites, eat late like the locals, have a few ouzos, and you will be so tired you will sleep through … well thats what we did! Loved every single minute.

Perfect location and amazing apartment

Location was right in the heart of Plaka, making it easy to walk everywhere. Restaurants nearby were all excellent. Spyros is a super fast communicator and was incredibly hospitable. The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 day stay and was very comfortable. The host went above and beyond to may sure we were welcome and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Center of sights

The apartment was comfortable and quaint with 2 balconies with table and chairs overlooking the street lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. We stayed only 4 nights and Friday night seemed to be the most lively with the restaurant below us hosting a Greek singer. It did eventually end around 2 am but we were exhausted from sightseeing that it didn't bother us. This apartment is the perfect location as a home base to all the major sights in Athens as well as the metro station that can take you anywhere including sea ports and airport. The roof top access is breathtaking especially at sunset. Our Seajet transport was canceled on our the last day in Athens and we scrambled to get flights to our next destination. George was kind enough to help us store our luggage until our flight so we can walk around Athens. He is friends with restaurant owner below - Musili which is an excellent restaurant I highly recommend - and they both took great care of us. George is very responsive and we highly recommend his apartment!

We absolutely loved our stay in Athens

We loved Athens! The apartment was perfect, Spyros was wonderful and extremely welcoming, helpful and communicative and the location and the view were fantastic. We especially loved Mystilli, the restaurant downstairs. We have fallen in love with Greece and we can’t wait to return and we would definitely stay at the apartment again!
