The soft white/ grey kitchen is a complete joy, offering a social entertaining space beneath a vaulted ceiling with three huge lanterns. With every appliance to hand including two fridges, two freezers, a large stove, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, you will be never short of anything. And with a separate utility room too, you can be assured that every practical need is catered for, including a wine fridge. Between the sitting room and kitchen you will find a stunning dining area with more french doors to the garden, so if you want to cook and eat-in, or indeed wish a private chef to visit, you are well-catered for.

But if you want to be a tad more energetic, then drive just 5-10 minutes to feel the sand between your toes on Holkham or Brancaster beach. Sail or paddleboard from Burnham Overy or Brancaster Staithe and then watch the sun go down as you return on a high tide.
