Villa Tina Maria is a cozy villa with swimming pool ideal for a holiday near the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna. The villa accommodates up to 11 guests and is equipped with a large and well-kept garden, air conditioning
in every room, washing machine, coffee machine, electric oven, mosquito
nets, video-surveillance system, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer,
tv, barbecue, outdoor shower, parking area, electric gate.

The
holiday home consists of two units, one which is more classical and
Mediterranean and the other by the swimming pool which was built
recently.
The main unit is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchenette, tv and fireplace and a twin-sized bed, while the sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed and balcony.
The house is introduced by a furnished porch, rocking chair under a beautiful tree and a gazebo with dining area.
At
the back of the house there are the outdoor shower and the stairs that
take to the recently-built unit of Villa Tina Maria. Moreover, there is a
modern swimming pool framed by solarium area, beach beds and beach umbrellas, in addition to another outdoor shower and the built-in barbecue.
By the swimming pool there is the outbuilding that consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Villa Tina Maria has two entryways:
it is accessible from the street of the quiet residential area and it
ops into the garden and the main unit of the villa, while the second
entrance is accessible from a private street and it opens into the
parking area by the swimming pool.

The
holiday home with swimming pool is in a residential area of San Pietro
in Bevagna, near Manduria. It`s near a beautiful sandy beach with
crystal clear sea and Mediterranean scrub.
The villa is 3
kilometers away from the nature reserve Salina dei Monaci, while the
mouth of Chidro river with its cool water and postcard-like landscape is
2 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 20 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Opening of the pool in low season euro 300.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
