Seabay apartment is set on around 150m² , very bright and spacious. The apartment is located in a block of apartments served with lift. It is just a corner away stone drop away from seafront. The accommodation in fact enjoys side seaviews from its front balconies. Upon entering, one can find the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. The décor is minimalistic and modern, giving the whole area a fresh and upscale feel. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooking, and comes decked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, coffee machine (dolce gusto) and utensils. The living and dining area are homogenous, and flooded with natural light both are outshined by the sparkling Mediterranean Sea which peeks through from the side seaview.
The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the apartment. The bedroom setup is like shown on the photos but each room can be set with single beds upon request. There is one double bedroom off of the living area, providing a private enclave for anyone who would like to be set apart from the rest. The other bedrooms are located at the back part of the apartment. There are 2 double bedrooms, which overlook the street and the 4th bedroom has 3 single beds, having its own balcony overlooking the neighbours’ back yards. The triple room comes endowed with an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle while the other bedrooms share an oversized family bathroom located on the same corridor with shower cubicle. There is also a washing machine available for use. The apartment comes fully equipped with wall hung a/cs in all 4 bedrooms and in the kitchen/living area. Wifi and Tv service are offered for free at the apartment.
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 3.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below:
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
- 300KWh- for villas
We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
