The rental’s top-floor location and a large terrace, which covers two sides of the apartment, offer open-air dining in a soul-soothing private atmosphere accompanied by delightful sunshine and a romantic view of Lake Maggiore.

Inside, the 3-bedroom penthouse effortlessly brings together modernity, elegance and functionality. The living room is a stylish space with direct access to the terrace, a fantastic view of the lake, wood flooring, plush leather sofas, flat-screen HDTV and a beautiful kitchen corner with a chic breakfast-bar area. There are appliances like an electric juicer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee machine at guests’ disposal to facilitate a carefree stay.

It is located in the natural beauty of Parco Paradiso, from where Stresa’s centre with all essential resort amenities (supermarkets, restaurants etc.) as well as Lake Maggiore’s beautiful shore is just a few minutes\' walk away.

The boat service - Tour Isola Borromee - that takes visitors to the breathtaking and renowned Borromean Island is within walking distance from here (15 minutes). Moreover, the municipal beach Stresa is also about the same distance and is ideal to enjoy the swimming spots of Lake Maggiore. For lovers of nature, the picturesque area of Lungalago of Stresa (perfect for hiking) is under a 15-minutes walk. Meanwhile, the closest Botanical Garden - Garden Alpinia is a 20-minute drive away. Other sites of interest include Isola Bella (located really close by), Villa Ducale and Villa Orto.
