This brand new villa is located just outside the beautiful villages of Plaka and Kokkino Chorio, in the Apokoronas district of Chania. Standing on a hilltop, the villa manages to combine an elegant and cosy interior with a breathtaking exterior, overlooking Souda Bay and the White Mountains.

It has a unique character and style, with spacious rooms and elegant details and invites you to a haven of privacy, comfort and relaxation, resting just 1 km from the picturesque villages of Plaka and Kokkino Chorio and 2.5 km from Almyrida beach. The Villa expands on the ground floor and is delicately adapted to the pleasant surroundings with its natural materials, efficiently using sunlight, air and of course the view! The property consists of a spacious open plan living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The 2 double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the common bathroom is very spacious and has a shower enclosure and a sauna.

Villa you will find 2 Double bedrooms with Cocomat king-size beds and en-suite shower bathrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be converted into a double) with Cocomat single-size mattresses, so it accommodates comfortably up to 6 guests. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ. Free wifi and a tablet for your convenience are also included in our facilities.
