Home Select International has this apartment for rent and is located on the third floor with a beautiful view of the Empuriabrava beach.The apartment is located in the community of Gran Reserva, where there are gardens and a community pools with additional payment (15/6-15/9). The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator. When we enter this beautiful apartment we find on the left the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has two attached beds (90x200), two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, air conditioning and a balcony. In the other room there are two attached beds (90x190) with air conditioning, bedside tables, night lights, cupboards where there is a vacuum cleaner. The bedroom has access to a room where the washing machine is located. At the entrance there is a corridor and to the left is the bathroom with shower, a sink and toilet. Further on, there is the open kitchen and the dining room. The dining room has a tabel with 6 chairs. The kitchen has a small oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and gas stove. When you are going two steps further down you will find the livingroom, with two sofas, a fireplace and a TV with some Spanish and German channels.
