A 10 minute walk through the National Trust meadows to the beach. Accommodation: Restored and modernised with care and style, retaining much character. Attractive, tastefully furnished and most comfortable. Entrance from lane into Lounge, feature fireplace with log burner, cosy window seat and wooden floors. Step down to bright stylish Kitchen and eating area with breakfast bar, door to patio garden.

Bedroom 1: King size, TV.
Smaller Bedroom 2: Bunk beds 2’6″, limited space.
Shower Room: Basin, WC.
Facilities: Bed linen/towels inclusive. Electricity/central heating inclusive.
Electric oven and ceramic hob.
Microwave. Dishwasher. Fridge with small freezer compartment Washing machine.Rotary clothes dryer in shed. Stairgate. TVs x1. Free wi-fi.
Outside Facilities: Door from kitchen leads to stone built summer shelter with sitting area. Several steps up to secure patio with picnic bench leading to an outside store at the end of the patio, views of village and hills. Gated rear access leading down the lane.
Parking: Street parking opposite the property, in the nearby Square (only half a minute walk) and surrounding lanes. Also a public car park, under a 10 minute walk away.
Additional Information: Small dogs welcome, £30 pw or part week. Non smokers only. Care to be taken – some low beams and ceilings.
