The ground floor includes a living area with kitchen, a luxury suite with a double bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub and bathroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a fourth bathroom with shower.
The first floor, accessed through an external staircase, includes another living/dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a guest bathroom. In the annex there are a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The villa also has a wellness area with sauna and a treadmill and a number of other amenities, such as A/C, internet with Wi-Fi, 4 TVs, satellite receiver, washing machine, dryer, 2 dishwashers, safe and bbq.

From Villa Contemporanea can be reached in a few minutes’ drive Taormina’s evocative historic centre and the sea. In the vicinity can be reached the beaches of Fondachello and Giardini Naxos, the Etna’s Park, the Alcantara gorges, the fishing villages on the Cyclops Riviera, Catania and Syracuse
