Located in the most panoramic position of Positano,  the extraordinary 500 m2 mansion comes with terraces, unique flair and views: the four-level villa, in fact, affords views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle.  It was built around 1700 by wealthy merchants to overlook the harbor of Positano, from where they would be able to see their ships sailing in from sea. They enlisted the services of the most famous artists of the time to fresco the ceilings and fill each room with precious furniture and artworks.
The interiors include a spacious living room, a dining area with sea vistas, a well-equipped kitchen and several rooms with terraces. On the sweeping grounds there’s an infinity pool, a solarium, and a garden. Private, yet very close to the town center, this estate offers eight bedrooms decorated in elegant style with color-washed walls and frescoed ceilings, custom fabrics, and two extra family suites in a modern design. The villa can accommodate up to 24 guests in 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, of which 8 guests in the attic, with its 2 suites, each one composed by 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property includes 1000 m2 of gardens and three magnificent terraces, one on each floor, all facing the sea.
The Villa is available for weekly let and weddings. The impeccable services and warm hospitality offered, combined with unique interior decor, provide a truly magical experience.  Being located within walking distance to Positano, car is not necessary.
Access:  This house is perched on the highest point of Positano, almost directly above the sea. From here, guests are rewarded with magnificent views of the coast, the center of Positano, and the islands of Li Galli. There is no car access to the house, 150 steps are necessary to reach the road and 70 steps are between the last access for authorized private cars and the entrance of the villa. It takes 10-12 minutes to get down to the bay of Positano and approx 30-35 minutes to walk back-up. Rooms inside the property are reached through stairs. Private parking is available on the bottom of Positano, starting at euro 40 per car per day, local vat is extra and mandatory.
