Beautiful 2-Bed House in Mandria, paphos

Enjoy everything Mandria, paphos has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.
This property backs onto fields so not overlooked. Lovely patio at the rear with large table and chairs.

There is an outdoor communal swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! This at the moment in the summer months is open one week in a morning and one week in an afternoon, this is for 4 hrs a day. So week 1 and 3 morning, week 2 and 4 afternoons. This is because we have to share the life guard at the moment until we have a permanent one. The new law states no life guard no pool.

Staying here also allows you access to the private garden.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and dishwasher.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television and internet access.
The tv is cypriot so most people bring a fire stick.

This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising of a double sofa bed.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
The second is on the ground floor and has a toilet and sink.


Bed Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12pm. This can be negotiable if you contact me on booking if you have late flights.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of £65.

Turn right out of airport Rd.
You will come across a large supermarket on right, papamicheals.
Go past over bridge, petrol station on left, turn right into mandria.
Go past restaurants, shop in front of you.
Bear left by italian restaurant, bear right(do not take left turn) dr's on right water council on left. Take next left, next right, next left. Just before bottom of road take left then right and it's in front of you. No 50.
