Rooms: Living room, kitchen/dining area, cloakroom, utility cupboard, bathroom, 3 bedrooms including a bedroom suite with bathroom, a separate dressing area and balcony access. 
Kitchen & utilities: induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility cupboard.
Entertainment: Smart TV x 3.
For families: Highchair and travel cot provided.
Outside: A sunny, enclosed and private courtyard.
Parking: There is one allocated parking space with the property.
General: Underfloor heating, Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels, No smoking. Wifi .
Pets: One dog welcome at an additional cost of £25 per week.
Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
