Welcome to my home!
The home is located on the lower ground floor via stairs. In the spacious living room, you'll find a comfy sofa bed, armchairs, a log burner and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. There is also a work desk available if you need to do some work.
The kitchen is stunning, and it is fully equipped with plenty of cookware and cutleries, so feel free to make yourself at home.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two containing a double bed and one with a single bed. The beds and (if requested) sofa bed will be made up with hotel-quality linens during your stay to ensure your comfort.
There are two bathrooms. Only one has a bathtub, but both bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities you will need.

NOTE: Please do not flush anything other than toilet roll down the loo, such as tampons, cotton buds, wet wipes and floss. The fire alarm is located out in the hallway and is very sensitive, so if you are cooking, please be careful when opening the doors into the hallway.

A beautiful and vibrant neighbourhood, Notting Hill is arguably one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in London. They are close to some of the city's most popular attractions, including Hyde Park, the Science Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the famous Portobello Market (which only opens on Saturdays). Guests can also enjoy easy access to the vibrant Notting Hill Gate district, which is home to some of the city's best restaurants, bars and shops.
The public transportation here is great! The buses are frequent and almost always on time. The Notting Hill Tube Stop is also just a 5-minute walk from the flat and serves the Central, Circle, and District Lines.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
