This charming villa Marina with pool is located between one of the most beautiful coastal town Poreč and small fisherman village Vrsar. Our villa is ideal for 8 persons, family or friends who want to explore and try local customs, dishes and meet local people. The property is “hidden” on hilly territory, near the side road alongside the vineyards and fields, which is ideal for cycling. Special attention was paid to the interior design, which is sustainable, with handmade wooden furniture in a rustic style. On the ground floor the property offers a large open living room with kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are a double and a single bedroom with sheared bathroom and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and exit to the balcony where you can drink your morning coffe looking at the sea. Each room is air conditioned. The garden with the greenest lawn of the property is completely fenced, with swimming pool, a covered terrace with barbecue and the outside table. The Neighborhood:
Porec is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Croatia.
The city is almost two thousand years old, located on the coast, protected by the island of Sveti Nikola. In the old town, there is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century, it is one of the most beautiful preserved monuments of early Byzantine art in the Mediterranean. The main streets in the old town still preserve their ancient form and the layout of the ancient Roman castrum. There is also the beautiful Marafor Square with the remains of the Temple of Neptune, the Romanesque house, the Pentagonal Tower, and the Round Tower.
The Poreč region has a 37 km long spread coast, from the river Mirna near Novigrad in the north, to Funtana and Vrsar in the south.
North of Porec, only 9 km away is the Baredine Cave, the only geomorphological natural monument in Istria, and south of Porec at a distance of 20 km is the Lim Bay, the longest Istrian bay, known as a fish and shellfish farm.
