Rental Rules
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights only from 22/06 to 30/08 (changeover day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed (€ 30 to be paid on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages
City tax not included: according to the local law.
Pets not allowed
The rates are inclusive of: Kitchen gas consumption, Water consumption, Electricity, Final cleaning. Bath towels: midweek change. Beach towels: weekly change. Bed linen: weekly change. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned: weekly - 3 h, welcome basket (local items).
