The property’s West Devon location means that it is possible to reach both the north and south coasts of Cornwall and Devon in under an hour. Access to the Granite Way cycle path is just 15 minutes drive away and the starting point for the popular 180-mile Tarka Trail route is just 30 minutes drive away, incorporating one of the country’s longest continuous traffic-free walking and cycling paths.
