With a beautiful sea view Villa Pepe is located close the beach of Cala Vadella, it is developed on three levels, with a salted pool and Mediterranean garden, a terrace with table and chairs and the BBQ to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. A chill out area is also available in the garden.
On the ground floor a spacious living room with fireplace and glass sliding doors to admire outside, a modern equipped kitchen with a central island for a breakfast between the sky and the sea.
The second and third level host the 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom, one with double bed 200cm, the other two with a direct access to the terrace has a double bed 150cm and two single beds 90 cm.
Is the ideal place for privacy and good moments with the family and friends.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Children welcome It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval No safety fence around the pool
Pets not allowed
Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
