LA TERRAZZA IN PINETA

The Terrazza in Pineta apartment is located in the countryside of the Terranera area, in the town of Porto Azzurro. The place is truly particular due to the presence of the fascinating Terranera lake, from which the beach also takes its name: a small green body of water (where, however, bathing is absolutely prohibited), separated from the sea by a small beach of about 120 meters. The sea is very beautiful and clear, with a sandy bottom. The place and the landscape are made even more suggestive by the particular color, due to the presence of hematite and pyrite dust, iron minerals of which the Island of Elba is very rich. With a path along the cliff that crosses the old abandoned mine, you reach Reale beach. Porto Azzurro is located about 3 kilometers away and is one of the most famous towns on the island of Elba: it looks like a characteristic fishing village, with its large square overlooking the port and inside narrow alleys of the historic center. There are numerous clubs, restaurants and shops to suit all tastes, which enliven this wonderful village.
Apartment 4/5 pax: the property available to our guests, of about 70 square meters, is located in a typical Elban building that has been renovated and consists of two residential units and adjoins another portion. Our apartment is located on the raised ground floor and consists of a large living room with kitchenette (complete with 4 gas burners, fridge with small freezer), TV and single sofa bed; a comfortable room with a double bed; a compartment hallway; another double bedroom; two bathrooms with shower. Outside, a comfortable space on the front of the house with a terrace equipped with table, chairs and awning. The property is in excellent condition, recently refurbished, furnished with taste and sobriety, functional. Equipment: large outdoor area available and private uncovered parking space. Distance from the beaches about 800 meters. The center of Porto Azzurro is about 2 kilometers away.

Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00 / 19.30. Departures: check-out by 9.00. Consumption: electricity, water, gas, etc. included. Final cleaning: € 100.00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival).
