The walk-in utility room has a washing machine and cleaning supplies should you need them during your stay.

There's a dining table that seats eight with a hanging pendant lamp for intimate evening meals.

The spacious living area has sliding doors that lead to the terrace with views of the ocean. There is a 4-seater sofa, a coffee table and a Smart TV.

Terrace

The south-facing terrace is the perfect place for long lunches watching life on the beach below. You will find a dining table and seating.

Study

Spacious and comfortable study with an ergonomic chair and an extendable desk. Ideal for remote working. There are also two additional desks in the bedroom so up to three people can work without disturbing each other from the apartment. The whole apartment has an excellent wifi connection.

Main bedroom

A large main bedroom with sea views, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. You'll sleep soundly in the queen-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with a firm mattress, 100% cotton bedding, nightstands with reading lights, a wireless phone charger, and light-blocking external blinds.

There is a dressing room with fitted wardrobes that separates the bedroom from the en-suite bathroom.

En-suite bathroom

A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and a window that opens to magnificent views.

Double bedroom

Double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) with bedside tables, a wireless phone charger, fitted wardrobes, a desk with a chair and a floor lamp.

Opaque blinds, a firm mattress, and 100% cotton bedding for restful nights.

Twin bedroom

Single bed (90cm x 200cm) with an additional pull-out single bed, fitted wardrobes, a desk with a chair and a floor lamp. Ideal for children or teenagers.

The local area - Radazul

Radazul is the place for water sports and activities such as sailing, fishing, open-water scuba diving and free-diving, snorkelling, SUP, jet skiing and more. You can also enjoy swimming 365 days a year in Radazul!

Cross the road and you are at Radazul beach. There are two small black sand beaches protected by a breakwater and a large bathing area open to the ocean. Next to the beach, there is a children's playground, gardens and a solarium.

Radazul marina is a short walk from the apartment, where you will find a pharmacy, an Italian restaurant with fantastic views of the marina (which also delivers pizza), and a number of seasonal bars and restaurants.

A short 500 m stroll away is Parque de Guadamojete, a large park with outdoor exercise equipment and plenty of room to work out. There is also a children’s playground.

A few steps from Parque de Guadamojete is a gorgeous crescent moon-shaped black sand beach, Playa La Nea, which is ideal for sunbathing and swimming. There is a beach bar on the beach promenade. We recommend getting a spot at the far left end of the beach, where the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer and the sun shines for longer in the evenings.

In the center of Radazul, there is a small shopping center with a SuperDino supermarket and various cafés and restaurants to have breakfast or lunch and buy fresh artisanal bread and pastries.

A short drive away (8 minutes) there’s a Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarket and a large shopping center with international brands.

Radazul is perfectly located to explore the whole island.
