Due to the complexity of the APCOSTAS - Tropik apartments, the photographs of the interiors and exteriors are examples, they do not represent the variety of apartments we have.

At 300 m. from the beach and 300 m. from the urban center.

COMPOSITION:

3-story building. Living room with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace with furniture. All with TV, microwave and washing machine. Paid air conditioning.

MOD CONS:

- Small pool and bar. A proximity supermarket, tennis and nightclub.- Possibility of renting towels (€4/person/week, payment at reception).

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (sheets only), air conditioning, water, gas, electricity, arrival and departure cleaning, weekly change of clothes and use of the pool.

WIFI: YES free.

ANIMALS: NO.

TOURIST TAX: NOT INCLUDED (to be paid at reception).

DEPOSIT: €100 (card deposit)

For this reason, it is essential to receive an email from the client that must be provided when making the reservation, to send them all the information necessary for their check-in.

Guests have a 24-hour customer service via WhatsApp. The WhatsApp number will be indicated at the time of receiving the reservation

For cases where we cannot have the client's email at the time of booking, the client must contact us at least 15 days before arrival at a contact email: to be able to directly manage the check-in. The client will be responsible if he cannot check in correctly on the day of arrival and we will not accept claims in this regard.
