This cutting-edge villa will delight you at first sight. It is located only 50 meters from the sea in the small coastal town of Sveti Petar na moru. It is 18 km away from Zadar, which is known as the capital of North Dalmatia. It is rich in cultural and historical heritage, as well as gastronomic offer.
