This 76 square meter traditional Barcelona flat in Gràcia gets a modern makeover. This 2 bedrooms, 1 bath apartment has 3 balconies, providing natural light throughout the flat. One of them, next to the living room, comes equipped with a set of a table and two lounge chairs to make you feel even more like at home.

Unique decor and fresh design create an stylish space mixing with the colourful floor tiles and domed ceilings. The two bedrooms each have their own private french balcony. Both are fitted with queen-sized beds and new linens. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances. The area is fitted with a round dining table and a sitting area fitted with a couch. There is one full bathroom with shower, and fresh towels. For maximum comfort, this flat is equipped with ducted air conditioning and heating system in all rooms.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.
