Stunning Compact Apartment Just Outside Looe

This micro apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Ideally suited to Couples or party of three, it can accommodate up to 4 persons, when keeping luggage to a minimum.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, IDEAL for couples, with space in the small/compact 2nd bedroom for 1 adult or 2 smaller people (4ft bed).
In the main bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed, half wardrobe, drawers and space saving hanging rail.
The second bedroom is very compact with limited storage and has a very comfortable smaller double bed (4ft) to accommodate an adult or smaller people, with a small cupboard and space saving hanging rail.

Explore the sights and local attractions of Downderry, Seaton and Looe - there is so much to visit and do here. Being part of the South West Coast Path it’s an ideal base for walkers. We’re just a short few hundred meters walk down to the beach and the local pub/restaurant overlooking the beach and water.

As a Non Smoking self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
We can accept one small dog by prior agreement.

The bathroom has a toilet and sink and over bath shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises for one car.
