The beautiful lounge comes with a 50-inch Smart TV (including Netflix), a large comfortable 3-seater sofa-bed and lounge chair, making it the perfect space to relax. The dining area with table and chairs is available to enjoy meals. The corner of the room provides a desk and chair to allow homeworking. Fast Wi-Fi internet is included.

This comfortable, stylish, and bright property features a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. A washing machine, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, and all cooking utensils are provided. The modern family bathroom is located downstairs behind the kitchen consisting of shower over bath, wash basin and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom is a a twin bedroom (beds can be set up as king-size upon request) with a separate desk and chair for homeworking. Each bedroom comes with high quality bed linen, and towels.

The property is located on a quiet residential road with a Tesco Express conveniently located close by (6-min walk). There is free on-street parking.

Eden House is situated in a quiet residential area of Coventry. There are various restaurants just a 3-min walk from the property and Tesco Express is just a 6-minute stroll from the house. The train station and city centre is a 10-min drive / 20-min walk from the house. The train station is a 9-min drive/35-min walk. The property has easy access from the M6 motorway and A-roads.
